1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the ImgX Chrome extension ("ImgX"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use ImgX.

2. Service Description

ImgX is a browser extension that generates bilingual AI drawing prompts from images. It operates in two modes:

• - BYOK mode (default): You provide your own Vision API key; images are sent directly from your browser to your configured endpoint. No developer-controlled server is involved.
• - Cloud mode (optional): You sign in with email to receive 10 free credits, plus 3 more every day via check-in; one-time credit packs will be available only when the relevant payment channel is enabled. Images are proxied through ImgX's Cloudflare Worker to the model provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Cloud mode. BYOK mode has no age restriction.

4. User Responsibilities

• - Use ImgX only for lawful purposes.
• - Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the model API key used by Cloud mode.
• - Do not abuse the free credits system, including creating multiple accounts to farm credits.
• - Do not use ImgX to process images you do not have the right to analyze.

5. Cloud Credits

• - Cloud mode grants 10 free analysis credits per account on first sign-in. Each daily check-in grants 3 bonus credits for the account's local calendar day; any unused daily bonus expires at the next local 00:00, and unclaimed bonuses do not accumulate. Free credits have no monetary value.
• - Paid credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The price and included credits are shown on the Pricing page and checkout.
• - Paid credits are for Cloud image analysis only, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not expire unless stated at checkout.
• - Whether free credits are refreshed is at ImgX's sole discretion; there is no guarantee of ongoing free credits.

6. Refund Policy

Paid credit packs are digital goods delivered to your ImgX account immediately after payment confirmation. Because credits are available for immediate use and cannot be reversed once consumed, a credit-pack purchase is generally non-refundable after any credit from that pack has been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6.1 Eligible Refunds

• - Unused credits within 7 days: you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credit from that pack has been used.
• - Billing errors: duplicate charges or verified incorrect charges are eligible for a full refund.
• - Failure to deliver: if a verified ImgX technical failure prevents paid credits from being delivered to your account, we will provide a refund or restore the affected credits.
• - Statutory rights: any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

6.2 How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your ImgX account email with your Waffo Pancake transaction ID or ImgX order ID and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing normally takes 5–10 business days after approval, subject to the payment provider.

6.3 Non-Refundable Cases

• - Credit packs with any consumed credit, because the digital service has already been delivered.
• - Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, except for billing errors or rights required by applicable law.
• - Purchases connected with fraud, abuse, or an account suspended for a material breach of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• - ImgX (code, design, prompt templates) is owned by the developer.
• - Prompts generated by you remain your property.
• - You retain all rights to images you analyze.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

ImgX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• - The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• - Generated prompts will meet your requirements.
• - Results are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgX's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for credits or (b) USD $50.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as ImgX evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

• - You may stop using ImgX at any time by uninstalling the extension.
• - We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, particularly abuse of the credits system or attempts to extract the model API key.
